About Sytmap

Built inside Elwin Security. Shaped by the work.

Sytmap connects the operational work of security integration teams around their buildings and projects. We’re building it inside Elwin Security, where the details of a property shape the work long before installation begins.

A connected building record

  1. Site walk

    Doors, systems, access needs
  2. Project

    Scope, schedule, field work
  3. Ongoing service

    History, documents, follow-up

From the first visit to the next service call.

The reason it started

Project details should survive every handoff.

A site walk captures how a building actually works: the doors people use, the systems already in place, the wiring available, and the access requirements. Those details shape a proposal. They also matter to the person scheduling a visit, the technician arriving on site, and the team handling a service call later.

When that context lives across separate messages, files, and tools, each handoff asks someone to piece it together again. Our aim with Sytmap is to carry the useful information forward, so the next person can pick up the work with its history in view.

What we are connecting

One thread from first scope to ongoing service.

A connected system should help people understand the work, prepare for it, and keep a useful record of what happened.

Coordinate the project.

Proposals, project information, scheduling, billing, and client communication belong to the same story. Sytmap brings them around a shared project so the scope and the next steps are easier to follow.

Prepare the people doing it.

Sytmap Field brings visit tasks, documents, parts, and sign-off context to technicians. Pages gives the team a place for working knowledge, while Insyt helps find and work with current operational information.

Keep the building’s history.

A building continues to need attention after a project closes. Connecting its projects, documents, and service history gives the team context for the next visit and the next change.

From practice to product

Built through everyday use.

Elwin Security is the first and currently the only organization using Sytmap. Working with the software ourselves helps us see where information gets lost, where a flow takes too many steps, and where a feature needs to be more dependable.

We are still in beta. The work now is to refine those flows, fix bugs, and work through how other organizations will join. That experience is shaping the product before access opens more widely.
