Terms of Service

These starter terms explain the basic rules for using Sytmap. The project-specific proposal, invoice, or written agreement controls the actual job details.

About Sytmap

Sytmap is a product of Elwin Security. It helps Elwin and authorized users manage projects, proposals, invoices, service calls, forms, client portal records, documents, communications, and related business workflows.

These starter Terms are intended to provide a public baseline before launch readiness review. They still need review by a qualified lawyer before Elwin treats them as final legal terms.

Authorized Use

You may use Sytmap only if you are authorized by Elwin Security, your organization, or a project owner to access the relevant account, workspace, client portal, proposal, invoice, form, or document.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for telling Elwin if you believe your account, invitation link, proposal link, form link, or portal access has been misused.

Project Records

Client portal pages, proposals, invoices, forms, documents, messages, service calls, work orders, and signatures are business and project records. The exact terms for a project are controlled by the applicable proposal, invoice, contract text, written agreement, or other project-specific document.

If there is a conflict between these starter Terms and a signed proposal or separate written agreement, Elwin should have a lawyer confirm which document controls.

Electronic Signatures And Downloads

Sytmap supports electronic proposal signatures and document downloads. By signing a proposal or submitting a form, you may be creating a record tied to that project.

The proposal-specific scope, pricing, payment terms, contract text, and next steps control the actual job terms. These starter Terms do not replace project-specific proposal terms.

Payments

Where available, payments are handled through Stripe or other approved payment flows. Payment status, invoice records, check-payment details, and related acknowledgments may be stored in Sytmap as business records.

Project-specific invoices, proposals, and written agreements control payment timing, amounts, taxes, deposits, and any other payment terms.

Misuse

Do not misuse Sytmap. This includes scraping, probing, interfering with the service, bypassing access controls, using another person's account without permission, uploading harmful content, or trying to access records that you are not authorized to see.

Elwin may suspend or limit access when needed to protect the product, users, project records, or connected systems.

Lawyer Review Needed

The warranty, liability, indemnity, dispute, governing-law, arbitration, class-action, termination, and data-retention sections should be drafted or approved by a qualified lawyer. This starter page intentionally does not over-specify those legal terms.
