Terms of Service

Sytmap is operated by Elwin Security to support project, proposal, invoice, service, document, communication, and client-portal workflows. References to “Elwin,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Elwin Security as the operator of Sytmap.

Sytmap is actively evolving. We may improve, add, remove, or change application features, but an application change does not by itself alter obligations contained in a signed proposal, invoice, service agreement, or other written agreement.

You may use Sytmap only if you are authorized to access the relevant account, workspace, client portal, proposal, invoice, form, or document. You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials and access links secure.

Tell Elwin promptly if you believe an account, invitation, proposal link, form link, or other access method has been lost, shared improperly, or used without authorization.

Sytmap may display and store project records such as proposals, invoices, forms, signatures, documents, service calls, work orders, messages, and payment status. The applicable signed proposal, invoice terms, service agreement, or other written agreement controls the commercial terms for that work.

These Terms supplement rather than replace project-specific agreements. If a project-specific signed agreement expressly conflicts with these Terms, the project-specific agreement controls for that project to the extent of the conflict.

Sytmap supports electronic records, acknowledgments, forms, and signatures. When you intentionally submit an electronic signature or acknowledgment, you agree that it may be used as evidence of that transaction and that related records may be provided electronically.

You are responsible for reviewing the complete proposal, invoice, form, or agreement before submitting it. Contact Elwin if you need a paper or accessible copy of a record.

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another approved payment method. The applicable proposal, invoice, service agreement, or other written authorization controls amounts, timing, deposits, taxes, recurring charges, cancellation, and refund terms.

Sytmap may show payment or subscription status for convenience. If you believe a record is incorrect, contact Elwin promptly so it can be reviewed.

Do not scrape, probe, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass Sytmap security or access controls; use another person’s account without permission; introduce malicious code; or attempt to view records you are not authorized to access.

Elwin may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, project records, connected systems, or the service, or when access is no longer authorized.

We work to keep Sytmap accurate, secure, and available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Do not use Sytmap as the sole repository for records that your organization is independently required to preserve.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited. Additional warranties, remedies, or limitations may appear in the project-specific agreement that governs the work.

We may update these Terms as Sytmap or applicable requirements change. Material changes that require renewed agreement will be presented for acceptance before continued client-portal use. Other updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
